指名度最高傳統經典名菜

多樣配料一同慢火精熬,料多實在,湯頭香濃甘醇富有層次,無添加味精,是道傳統經典名菜。

佛跳牆的由來:古代有個皇帝吃膩山珍海味,勒令御用主廚如果再不翻新菜餚就要砍頭。主廚用力思考翻遍各種烹飪大全,還請教很多民間的美食達人,就是沒辦法滿足皇帝的需求。主廚死馬當活馬醫在最後一次掌廚時,靈機一動把各種素葷菜料全部都丟下鍋烹調,沒想到這鍋菜肴竟然散發出陣陣菜香,引得隔壁修行多年的老和尚爬牆張望。因此而未被砍頭的主廚就把這道菜叫做「佛跳牆」。
